Shipping & Delivery
We strongly recommend express shipping for all perishable products (such as sea moss gel and lemonade) to maintain freshness. Once packages are shipped, NatureMade Vibes is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Shipping times are estimates only; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perishable and consumable), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. In cases of damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
